For as far as the economy's recovery is concerned; it's not as fast as everyone hope it would be. The thing is, it is all quite apparent in the last quarter of the year 2010 - particularly in the month of November. It was estimated that around 87,000 jobs were added during that time. It also constituted for all of the payroll growth for the fourth quarter. Considering the huge economic downhill direction that dictated the economic climate of the year 2010, the slight climb in November simply wasn't quite enough to fix it.
One of the major sectors that suffered devastatingly huge job losses was the construction sector. Technically speaking, it is already their fourth year in a while. The trend forecasting for 2011 doesn't really show that much promise for the construction sector but then again; it still is far too early to be completely decided on that.
Experts say though, that it appears that the construction sector will get to see its first significant payroll spike since the year 2006. Hopefully, that forecast will bear fruition and will help alleviate the economy on the process. What's good though, is that there's an estimated 1.2 million job spike in the private sector for the year 2011.
Experts have actually agreed on one thing, based on how the trends are turning out. They are all amenable to the fact that 2011 will be the best and most conducive year for the creation of jobs and the need for manpower since the 1990s. Of course, that is something that everyone should be excited about.
After all, it is a general rule of thumb that the percentage of payroll increase is directly proportional to the progress that a certain business sector is actually getting.
So is the trend forecasting for 2011 something to look forward to? Definitely. Gone are the days of job shortages and recession all over the country. Recovery is on its way and it's riding on the 2011 boat.
