The Chase secured credit card is a great way to improve your credit. People with low credit scores and people who have not established their credit find this the perfect card to use with the bank being so popular.
A History of Chase Bank
This Bank is of one of the Big Four Banks in the United States, JP Morgan Chase. It was discovered right before the 19Th century, with many transitions and established itself as a high standing bank. In 2000, the most recent merger of this bank happened, which JP Morgan & CO and Chase Manhattan merged as JP Morgan Chase. In 2004, Bank One was acquired, which gave it standing as the front line credit card bank in the United States. JP Morgan Chase operates worldwide.
Ranges of Chase Secured Credit Cards
Many secured cards by Chase are airline, student, and platinum cards among just some of the cards offered. Each secured card is different in process, application, and fees. Application fees are from $10 and can go up to $50 and annual fees start at $25 and can go up toward $300. Many of these cards have a 0% APR the first year. More benefits of the Chase secured credit card is that it will have a modest interest rate and that it is accepted worldwide.
Newest Products for 2012
Chase has three new credit card options for 2012. When customers spend $250 dollars in 90 days of receiving cards, they will get 25,000 bonus points with Chase Sapphire. When cardholders spend at least one dollar, they will get two points and one point for every dollar that is used for items. The points can be redeemed for getting gift cards, airline tickets, and cash. The points do not expire so cardholders are not limited in the amount that they can earn.
The second Chase secured credit card is the Freedom card for 2012. Customers will qualify for $200 cash when they sign up. Every time cardholders use their cards, they get cash back. In certain bonus categories, they will earn 5% cash back for purchases of up to $1500. In addition, cardholders will earn 10% cash back with specific online merchants. The Continental Airlines Card is the other card through Chase in 2012. When using these cards, cardholders get 40,000 in bonus miles.
Advantages: Most financial institutions do not approve unsecured cards for people with no credit history and bad credit. The way of applying is easy against applying for unsecured cards. It is necessary for a security deposit, which is held by the card issuer for collateral. This can be as low as $300 up to $500.

Computer forensics jobs are rapidly becoming some of the most well paid areas of IT and are in high demand. Your forensics career can also be a lengthy career, be well paid with many levels of expertise. There are however one or two things to watch out for. Some companies will be offering better salaries than others depending on which company you work for and which area of forensics you specialize in.
Forensic accountants earn much more than a typical forensics analyst, particularly if the accountant takes a management role. In this article I'll cover what you can expect money wise, where you might work and the types of work you can expect.
Your salary in this career field will often depend on the geographical location in which you are working. So you must consider this when applying for a job especially if you are outside of the larger cities. You can expect to anywhere between $20,000 - $50,000 range depending where you decide to specialize. Those working in the accounting forensics fields can expect to command higher wages.
Career opportunities abound in many areas. Typically a graduate will start off their career in the industry in some form of government department specializing in investigation. Also worth considering is the military or the police force.
Besides government departments there is the private sector where accountancy and legal firms are prime employers of computer forensics analysts and usually offer the most lucrative computer forensics jobs. Also larger corporations with a human resources department regularly employ a forensics analyst to deal with equipment and staff misuse issues.
This career will give you the chance to work with leading edge technology, you shall be putting your skills to use in helping to solve crimes and make sure the IT industry has a safety net in cases of misuse of technology.
Computer forensics jobs offer many lines of work since computer crime is so widespread, is more complicated than ever and covers many different kinds of illegal activities. If someone is suspected of murder for instance, a murder investigation will no doubt involve the forensic examination of the suspects' cell phone and also the suspects' computer. Was the suspect sending emails to friends regarding the crime, did the suspect make a video recording of the crime on his phone?
Crime is not always easy to detect and can include Hacking, E-Stalking which could be someone talking to people while pretending to be somebody else, virtual stalking which for example is following people to chat rooms. Digital fraud covers a very large area and includes things such as duplicating credit cards, keystroke logging and then extracting funds. The list of crimes is almost endless and new scams are being concocted on a daily basis.
What type of person is a computer forensics investigator? He or she would be a person that is inquisitive and will have a logical approach to carrying out a task. These qualities are of paramount importance. If errors are made during the investigation, judicial proceedings shall be halted and disallowed.
Someone who works as a forensics investigator is more than likely to be in either law enforcement or a former officer of the law. Investigators in computer forensics jobs are the kind of people who use tools and utilities and search for data on digital devices, usually a hard disk drive.

While I do agree that if we can afford it, we should get insured in preparation for incase something 'bad' or 'unexpexted' occurs. However, not all things are worth getting insured for.
Take for example car insurance. Its an absolute must to get a car insurance when buying a brand new car or a luxury vehicle in case of theft or serious damage.
But if you're getting a second hand car worth less than 300k pesos I dont think that paying for that unit's insurance is worth it.
Normally when an accident happens to your car. You take it to the 'talyer' to be fixed and to estimate the cost of repairs. Or you could take it to your car service station.
Depending on your chosen car insurance provider. Most car insurance company will only cover the amount in excess of 5k to 10k pesos. Which is pretty unfair and is one of my greatest gripes about paying for insurance.
For example, if your car insurance policy cover's only damage in excess of 10k pesos. And if the cost to have your car fixed is below 10k, you dont get paid by the
insurance agency. If it cost you 12k pesos to fix, the insurance agency will only pay you the 2k pesos. You shoulder the 10k pesos aside from the yearly premiums that you pay.
Ofcourse, there are exceptions to this. If you're livelihhod depends on your car like privately owned taxis, school and shuttle services or delivery vans for your pick up trucks like the popular mitsubishi L300 and the kia ceres. Getting an insurance will probably give you the peace of mind incase of theft. But the value of the vehicle should be taken into consideration before getting the insurance you think you might need.

If you are interested in a career in forensic science, you will need to earn a degree from pne of the accredited forensic science colleges. Although there are Associates degree programs, it is best to get a Bachelors or Masters degree from a university that is accredited by the American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS) Forensic Science Education Programs Accreditation Commission (FEPAC). The Bachelors degree programs usually take at five years to complete.
Before choosing an FEPAC accredited forensic science school, be sure to check out all of the available programs. Different programs have different focuses, and are aimed toward preparing people for different forensics jobs.
Bachelors degrees are usually meant for those who wish to work in a lab but not supervise. The Masters program at SUNY Albany is focused on preparing people to work in DNA labs, while the forensic science degree at Cedar Crest College is more focused on crime scene investigation.
Those wishing to get a forensic science degree would do well to start preparing while they are still in high school by taking as many science classes as they can, and participating in things like debate clubs to get their oral skills up to par. If there is no Bachelors degree program in Forensics available to you, get a degree in Biology or Chemistry.
In order to gain admittance into one of the colleges that result in a forensic science masters degree, students must have taken classes such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Calculus, Physics, Biostatistics and Immunology. They need to have taken the GRE exam and have a Bachelors degree.
Work experience in forensics is helpful. At Cedar Crest College, those accepted to the Masters program who don't have work experience need to take three extra courses: Crime Scene Reconstruction and Pattern Analysis, Trace Evidence and Microscopy, and Forensic Molecular Biology and Population Statistics.
When choosing a program for a forensic technician, you should also be sure to check that it is affiliated with a lab where you can gain experience in the different techniques you will be learning about. Most accredited programs also include a research or internship component which will be helpful to you in gaining experience while you work toward your forensic science degree.
One thing you should know before applying to forensic science colleges - you need to have a squeaky clean background. Due to the nature of the work most employers will insist that you have no criminal record and no history of drug use. You will most likely have to submit to a background check, fingerprinting, drug testing, and a polygraph test in order to get a job. Louis Zhang, Certforensictechnician dot com

These suggestions should keep you supplied with all the audio you need, but if it is not enough try a search for free audio books and you will get lots of suggestions from a myriad of sites across the net.

A comfortable bed is one of the greatest things a person with back pain can have. A good bed should be firm enough to support the body in alignment but not so firm as to apply pressure to the hips, shoulders and other points of contact.
Frames
Box springs accompanied by sparse metal frames have been the most common type of bed for some time in the U.S. The metal frame outlines the box spring; some have extra bars to provide additional support. The box spring itself is relied upon for most of the structural support of the bed.
Box springs consist of a wooden and/or metal frame which houses rows of springs. The springs allow for cushioning and movement while the frame provides structural support. Box spring mattresses are bed bases and are meant to be used with another mattress on top.
Recently, box springs have begun to fall out of favor. Over time they warp, sag and fail to provide proper support to the body. This is especially of note to people with back pain. Warped or sagging beds cause the spinal and hip joints to fall out of alignment. This can lead to joint and muscle pain as the muscles are relied upon to maintain alignment.
The West is just coming around to the type of sleeping accommodations other cultures have been using throughout history. There is no conclusive research on the best type of bed for people with back pain, but plenty of anecdotal evidence exists that a firm, flat sleeping surface is advantageous. A quick internet search will reveal a number of forum posts from people whose back pain has been diminished or reduced by sleeping on the floor, for example.
Yet the answer may be different for everyone. The floor is not an ideal bed for many. Sleeping on the floor without a mattress may apply too much pressure to your hips and shoulders and cause joint pain, for example. Placing the mattress of your choice directly on the floor may solve that problem, however, the lack of ventilation between the mattress and the floor can cause mold and mildew issues. Also, getting in and out of bed is more difficult when it is at floor level.
Platform bed frames are meant to mimic the structural benefits of sleeping on the floor but eliminate the mold and elevation concerns around it. Platform frames are very low to the ground, however. They are usually constructed of a flat wooden slab that is raised slightly from the floor. Platform frames provide a stable base for the mattress of your choice without the risk of warping or sagging.
Panel frames are similar to platform frames, but instead of one solid slab, panel beds have a number of wooden panels that fit together to form a base.
These bed frames have the advantage of extra height, a footboard and a head board, but they generally require extra support in the form of a box spring or bunkie board to prevent the mattress from sagging in between panels. A bunkie board is simply a thin piece of plywood coated in fabric that provides extra support to your bed. While this eliminates the need for a box spring, it adds an extra component to your bed configuration, which means an extra cost.
